The Human Resource team’s purpose is to attract, recruit, develop and retain the best people in Australasia in order to drive Frucor’s goals and success. We work across the business, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are a given. We have an HR team in both Auckland and Sydney. To become part of this team, we prefer that you hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have gained experience in an HR-related role.

Testament to that is the expertise and knowledge of our hard working R&D team, based in New Zealand, who continually ‘think drinks’! The purpose of the R&D team is to create growth opportunities through new product and packaging innovation. To get into this dynamic department, a tertiary qualification in food technology and/or engineering is a great start. We encourage graduates to start their career with us.
Manufacturing is where it all happens, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The purpose of our manufacturing team is to anticipate demand and produce quality product before it’s needed for the Australasian market. Our approach to manufacturing is dynamic, fast-paced, flexible and cost-focused, which is challenging when we juggle around 220 different product lines including juice, water, soft drinks and energy drinks. Not to mention supporting the future growth ambitions of the business. Manufacturing is based in New Zealand and includes planning, engineering, procurement, administration, factory and management roles, providing broad exposure for a good team player. So if you’re interested in working in a production environment which is constantly evolving and brimming with new ideas, then look no further.
‘First-time Quality' is the catchcry of this team. Our products are top quality brands that command a premium in the market. This is testament to the Quality Management System the Frucor QA team applies and monitors. This team is also at the front line in customer service, monitoring complaints and addressing consumer concerns in a timely fashion. To join this New Zealand based team, you need a passion for quality, in addition to strong analytical and relationship skills. Technical experience in food or drink manufacture and a tertiary qualification is also desirable.

In Sales, we have a thirst to be first! First to market, first in customer service, first in market share. We move quickly to ensure our brands are available across all channels of distribution, from service stations to supermarkets, convenience stores to vending. The Sales environment at Frucor is challenging, energetic and fun. You’ll need an outgoing personality, drive, relationship-building skills, a customer focus and a professional approach to succeed. We’re serious about growing and developing a winning Sales team, so management are committed to succession planning and moving people through the business who prove themselves! A tertiary qualification (preferably in business) will be a great way to start your career with us.
Distribution at Frucor is more than just moving product from A to B. Frucor services customers, big and small, right across Australasia and the Pacific Islands. It’s the Distribution team’s responsibility to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time to the right store, in top-notch condition. It’s a seasonal business and things really heat up in summer, managing logistics across Australasia (including planning, storage, picking, administrative and delivery functions). It’s a fast-paced environment requiring great communication skills, thoroughness and a commitment to customer service. We like people who are motivated, multi-skilled and prepared to work together as one team to get the job done!
The Finance team’s slogan is ‘Show me the money!’ But financial planning, budgeting, reporting, payables and receivables is what this team’s about. It’s a fast-paced environment where good teamwork, accuracy and a sense of fun is a prerequisite. Information Systems are the clever people who keep our business systems spinning. They juggle the needs of the user community, including sales reps, while ensuring our systems stay ahead of the growing demands of the business. Both teams work across Frucor, so good relationship and communication skills are essential. With teams in Auckland and Sydney, there’s plenty of scope for you to further your personal development, skills and career in a fast moving company.
